Leadership is responsible for helping move the program forward. This includes lesson planning, dancer development, season pieces, communication, and staying ahead of the needs of our divisions and the company.
To help us do that, we’ve updated our Master Season Operations System + KPI. This resource is available on the Below, Hub home screen and within our Leadership Resources.
Please take time to read through it in full. It was created to give you a clearer picture of:

Season priorities and expectations
Where we should be tracking progress
How we can stay ahead instead of constantly catching up
If you see something that needs clarification or updating, please speak up. The goal is for all of us to have the same understanding of where we’re going and how we’re getting there.
If you have a question, need support, or run into something you aren’t sure how to navigate, communicate with your leadership team and use each other as resources across regions. The more we communicate and support one another, the stronger the entire program becomes.
