what is mvp?

Momentum Volunteer Program (MVP) is our philanthropic program that contributes to building a vibrant and inclusive dance community throughout the Midwest. Through their dedication, skills, and passion, volunteers will help us create opportunities for aspiring dance professionals, foster connections among artists, and eliminate barriers to cultural equity and diversity in the dance industry.

Our vision is for MVP  to become a driving force in illuminating the Midwest as a leading hub for dance training, instruction, and performance.

what we do?

  1. Create a strong sense of community among volunteers, dancers, parents, and stakeholders.

  2. Measure and enhance the impact of volunteer efforts on MVMT’s mission.

  3. Promote cultural equity and inclusivity within the dance community.

  4. Develop and execute a strategic fundraising plan to secure financial support and cultivate long-term relationships with donors, foundations, and sponsors who share our commitment to dance education and cultural equity.

By focusing on these objectives, the Momentum Volunteer Program will contribute to the enrichment of the Midwest’s dance community while championing diversity, equity, and inclusion in the arts.
