Enrollment outreach is officially beginning.

Program Managers should begin contacting the new, trial and returning members assigned to their division. The goal is to personally connect, answer initial questions and confirm which upcoming practice they plan to attend.

Please call first, follow up by text and document all updates in the Enrollment Tracker.
