What to Know Before Ordering

Made-to-order policies & fulfillment details

All MVMT Merch items are made to order and produced exclusively for each purchase. As a result, all sales are final unless an unforeseen issue occurs on behalf of The MVMT.

Please review the details below carefully before completing your order.

Production & Lead Time

All merchandise is custom produced with care. Orders will remain open until February 27, at which time the full order will be finalized and submitted for production. Please allow 3–4 weeks from February 27 for production and fulfillment. Note: only the hats will ship directly from the vendor. Customers will receive an email confirmation with details.

Delivery Method

Once completed, orders will be delivered directly to the member’s home studio for distribution.

Order Accuracy

Each item is created specifically for the member or supporter placing the order. We kindly ask that all sizing, item selections, and order details are reviewed carefully prior to checkout to ensure accurate fulfillment. If you need help with sizing, we have provided size charts to help you choose the right fit for individual products including: jackets, warm-ups, sports bras, and leggings.

Final Sale Policy

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of MVMT Merch and our collaboration with a third-party production partner, returns or exchanges cannot be accommodated.

Quality Commitment
