Congratulations on being selected to represent The Diamond MVMT! We're excited to bring our talent, energy, and presence to the stage. This page is your central resource for everything you need to know and complete before the big weekend.

Important Dates & Rehearsal Expectations

Please review all dates carefully and plan accordingly.

TRAVEL NOTE

Full travel itinerary, including confirmed departure times and additional logistics, will be released closer to the event. All travel details are subject to change.

REQUIRED UNIFORM & ACCESSORIES

Please review the required uniform items and division-specific accessories below. All dancers are responsible for purchasing the items assigned to their division.

ITEMS EVERYONE MUST PURCHASE

DIVISION-SPECIFIC ACCESSORIES

D3 DIVISION - Required for D3 dancers only.

DCO DIVISION - Required for DCO dancers only.

OPD DIVISION - No additional division-specific accessory needed at this time.

IMPORTANT REMINDER

Please make sure you purchase the correct items for your assigned division. Review product descriptions and sizing information before completing your purchases.

HAir/Nails & MAKEUP Requirements

Hairstyles per Division

• Minimal leave-out and edges/baby hairs.

• Hair extensions should be secured to avoid loosening during performances.

• For the high ponytail style - Length should not exceed bra strap/mid-back.

• Nails must be polished with a neutral color (e.g. nude, white, natural pink, or French tip)

Makeup Submission deadline: Nov. 8

All dancers are required to complete the Makeup Submission Form to help us coordinate with our makeup artist and ensure everyone is prepared for the Halftime 2026 event. Please make sure your form is submitted by the deadline so we can finalize makeup preparations.

• $45 makeup fee per dancer, paid directly to the MUA (cash preferred).

• Bring natural-length lashes (no extra-long or butterfly styles).

• DIY makeup must be approved by a Program Manager; no exceptions.

PURCHASE DEADLINES

Please pay attention to all uniform and accessory purchase deadlines. Items may need to be ordered in advance to ensure they arrive before the intensive and event weekend. Please double-check sizing before placing orders.

TRAVEL EXPECTATIONS

Additional travel information will include departure details, transportation arrangements, what dancers should bring, and any meal or travel accommodations.
