Buck Out MVMT is a mentorship program that offers character development, audition preparation, and educational assistance to aspiring marching band auxiliary members at Historically Black Colleges & Universities (HBCUs) and dancers interested in pursuing dance as a career. Our mission is to ensure that youth across the Midwest, who aspire to become college-level dancers, have access to the tools and resources they need to excel in the field.

Our Objectives
Increase HBCU Enrollment: Partner with HBCUs to ensure at least 50% of our participants are accepted into marching band auxiliary teams or dance programs.
Professional Development & Mentorship: Connect participants with mentors and aim for 70% to secure guidance to audition for the auxiliary team of their choice.
Foster Academic Success: Provide educational resources, connecting 70% of dancers with scholarships and alumni chapters, while helping 90% maintain or improve academic standing.
Promote Character Development: Ensure 100% of participants complete workshops on leadership, teamwork, and self-discipline each year.
Strengthen Alumni Networks: Grow alumni engagement by 25% annually, offering ongoing support, networking, and career opportunities.
One-on-One Guidance: Offer personalized coaching and lessons, aiming for 85% of dancers to achieve their goals and improve their skills.
Cohort-Based Learning: Build community through cohort learning, ensuring all participants form meaningful connections and grow through collaboration.
