WHAT IT MEANS TO SECURE YOUR SPOT

Securing your spot gives you access to ADC and everything that comes with it.

This includes:

• Entry into the ADC system

• Access to your registration and account

• The ability to select your experience and manage payments


A deposit is required to move forward.


STEP 1: UNLOCK ACCESS

To move forward, you’ll submit a deposit to unlock your account.

  • $75 deposit required

  • Grants access to registration and your ADC account

  • Allows you to select your experience and manage payments

👉 Deposits are non-refundable

Registering as a Group? (Read This First)

If you’re part of a group, your director must submit the deposit first. SEE BELOW FOR GROUP RATES!

  • This unlocks group setup

  • A group code will be emailed

  • You’ll use that code when registering


STEP 2: CHOOSE YOUR EXPERIENCE

Once access is unlocked, you’ll select your ADC experience:

Dancer Experiences

Standard — $299

  • Training only

  • Best for local dancers

Immersive — $425

  • Training + lodging + meals

  • Full on-site experience

All-In Travel — $499

  • Training + transportation + lodging + meals

  • Best for out-of-town dancers proximate to Chicago & Cleveland

Support Experiences (Parents / Coaches)

Lodging Support — $295

  • Spectator pass + lodging + meals

  • No training or travel

Travel Support — $325

  • Spectator pass + transportation + lodging + meals

  • No training

Spectator Pass — $75

  • Limited event access

  • 👉 Paid in full (no deposit option)


STEP 3: COMPLETE REGISTRATION

After submitting your deposit, you’ll receive an email with next steps.

  • Follow the instructions to create your account

  • Complete your registration setup

  • Select your experience and manage payments

FUNDRAISING OPTION

Participants can reduce their cost through:

Double Good Popcorn Fundraiser (April 30–May 4)

  • 100% online

  • Open to individuals and groups

  • Proceeds go directly toward your balance

👉 Access is provided after your deposit is submitted and account created


Group Payment Options

To keep everything organized, groups will choose how payments are managed.

Group-Managed vs. Individual Registration

  • Group-Managed:
    The coach/director manages everything. All students are added under one account, and the coach handles payments and registration.

  • Individual:
    Each student creates their own account, registers independently, and manages their own balance.

👉 This must be decided before registration begins

Group Discounts

  • 5–9 dancers → $25 off

  • 10–14 dancers → $40 off

  • 15+ dancers → $50 off

Important:

  • Applies to Standard + Immersive only

  • Travel experiences are not discounted

  • Final pricing adjusts based on confirmed numbers
